Drunken Mussels

Drunken Mussels
1 lb mussels
2 40oz bottles of your favorite cerveza
4 garlic cloves minced
1 scallion diced
4 tbls butter
Ground black pepper
3 pckgs sazon sin cilantro
Sea salt to taste

In a large pot melt butter and add garlic and scallion
Simmer 1 minute
Pour in beer simmer 30 seconds
Add seasoning
Boil one minute
Add mussels
Stir completely
Cover simmer until all mussels are open and cooked
Serve with your fave side.
